Fife Forum is an independent charity funded by the Fife HSCP operating Fife-wide since 1990. We offer:

Action Groups for Older People

Issue-based Advocacy for Older People 65+ in Care & Hospital settings

Local Area Co-ordination for Adults 18+ helping to inform, advise and guide people in relation to services and resources which might support their needs

Local Area Co-ordination (Adults 18+) - Provides a portal for information, guidance and, where appropriate, practical assistance to support individual access to community, social and economic resources with the aim of increasing resilience, well-being & independence for as long as is practicable

Advocacy (Older People 65+) - Provides issue-based advocacy for older people residing in or transitioning to/from a hospital or care home setting

Action Groups (Older People 55+) - Provides older people with a voice and opportunity for participation and engagement on issues and in policy areas which impact them
