Community Brokerage Network - Ayrshire

The Community Brokerage Network (CBN) helps people in Ayrshire navigate social care. We provide free, independent guidance on assessments, support planning, and Self-Directed Support (SDS). If you don’t qualify for formal care, we connect you to community resources and peer support. We believe everyone should have choice and control over their support, making it more personal, flexible, and empowering.

Free & independent support to help people navigate social care. Flexible meetings by phone, video, or in-person. We work with individuals, families & carers, offering guidance on Self-Directed Support & community resources. No direct care provided, but we help find options. Peer support available. Self-referrals & professional referrals accepted.
