Treatment Room Service
The Treatment Room service delivers high quality, compassionate and holistic care to all patients referred to the service.
The Treatment Room teams across West Dunbartonshire comprise of a Treatment Room Co-Ordinator, Community Staff Nurses (RN), and Health Care Support Workers who deliver clinical interventions within each of our local heath centres.
How to access service:

Referrals from GP Practice, hospitals or other clinical practitioners.
Self-referral for Wounds and Ear Irrigation via 0141 531 6317
Clinical Interventions.
- Medication administration
- Technical care
- Tissue viability (including wound management)
- Leg ulcer management
- Planned Catheter Care
- Ear assessment
- Phlebotomy
- Suture/Staple(s) removal
- ECGs (this is only carried out at Clydebank Treatment Room)
