Arrows - Moray

Arrows offers a listening ear and provides advice and information for people facing substance use issues.

Our one-to-one and peer group support helps to build motivation, set goals and manage dependency. Arrows is a service for anyone worried about alcohol and drug use, whether their own or a loved one’s. Support is available to anyone with any concerns, no matter how big or small.

SDF Engagement Group: The Bow 1pm to 3pm - Fortnightly
Active Football Moray: The Gleaner Arena 1pm - 3pm
Narcotics Anonymous (NA) – The Bow 6.30pm to 7.30pm
Moray Parents Drug & Alcohol Awareness Group: Aberlour Youth Point 6:30pm-8pm - Fortnightly (7 Parade Spur South, Pinefield Industrial Estate)

Whole Family Support Groups
SMART Family & Friends: will run for the first 3 weeks of each new month 5pm to 6pm
CRAFT (Community Reinforcement & Family Training): Drop in session will be hosted on the last Thursday of every month 5pm to 6pm
SMART Recovery: The Bow 6.30pm to 7.30pm
