Key (Falkirk)

Key support young people, adults and older people with a diverse range of needs, in their homes and communities, to live full, active lives.

We design and deliver each individual service to meet the specific outcomes and wishes of the person being supported. This can be things like:

• Feeling safe and secure.
• Keeping well and staying healthy.
• Being as independent as possible.
• Having interesting things to do.
• Being connected with family and friends.
• Feeling good about life.

We can provide support for a few hours a week, a few hours a day or all the time, including overnight support.

We also offer services on mental health, learning disability, complex support, supported living.

In our most recent Care Inspectorate inspection our Falkirk services received a grading of 5 very good for ‘Staff’ and ‘Care & Support’.

Key Housing Association, our sister company, also have a housing function which manages a number of properties across 15 Scottish local authorities. This enables us to access accommodation and utilise advice, knowledge and expertise from our housing colleagues where this would be beneficial.
