Change Grow Live (CGL)

Change, Grow Live is an addictions service that helps people to understand their situation and create a plan to help them reach their goals.

They offer one-to-one support with an addictions worker and can help with relapse prevention, coping skills and life skills. They also offer a daily rehab programme, community activities and wellness sessions.

The service is open to anyone who is stable on a prescription or abstinent and wanting to change.
