Long Term Conditions and Macmillan Service - Glasgow

Are you struggling to cope financially due to ill health?

Are you or do you know of anyone who has been diagnosed with a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), cancer, heart failure or stroke and is looking for support with their finances? Glasgow's Long Term Conditions team is here to help.

The Long Term Conditions team supports people living in Glasgow affected by a long term health condition to access free and confidential money advice. Our team of Welfare Rights Officers can help you by:
• checking what benefits you are entitled to
• supporting with the benefit claim process
• appealing against any refusal of benefit.

We can provide support over the phone and by meeting face to face at outreach locations across Glasgow.
