Community Meals (Angus)

The community meals service is available to people in all parts of Angus, every day of the year.

If you would like to find out more about the community meals service, please contact your care manager or home care assessor if you have one. Alternatively, email firstcontact@angus.gov.uk.

Once you have contacted us, we will carry out an assessment of your needs, taking account of your health and social circumstances.

If we have assessed you as needing the community meals service you will have to pay towards the cost of each meal you receive:

• £4.62 for lunch meal
• £3.80 for evening tea

We will provide:

• a hot lunchtime meal and/or any sandwich tea option from the menu direct to your home.
• delivery between 11.30am and 1.30pm.
• nutritionally balanced and attractively presented meals

We can cater for most dietary needs.
