Financial Inclusion and Welfare Support Team (DG Council)

The Financial Inclusion and Welfare Support Team (FIWS) are a group of Council staff that have been specially trained to give benefit advice. They work jointly with staff from the Department for Work and Pensions

Benefits Advice
Financial Assessments
They can also give advice on services such as heating and home safety.
