Independent Living Support

Our work can range from simple interventions to prevent social isolation for instance, through to more complex mental health issues due to lived trauma, substance misuse, and/or care experience challenges. We achieve this with the combination of one-to-one and group activities.

ILS can provide support services for both adult and youth via self-directed support (SDS)

The service is provided to vulnerable people, 16 years and over, in their home or the community to address their needs, encourage self-management and support resilience and move people from simply surviving to actively thriving.
