Community Nursing Services for Stirling and Clackmannan

Nursing teams are led by a District nurse with a specialised qualification.

The service is for housebound patients and we also offer treatment room services.

Services may include:
- support for long term conditions
- palliative and end of life care
- carer support
- wound management
- support in self care and self management
