Quit Your Way Hebrides is a confidential and specialist stop smoking service. We provide friendly support with free nicotine replacement products, and Varenicline and Bupropion (Zyban), if appropriate, to help you to stop smoking. The service is tailored to suit your individual needs and is available to anyone across the Western Isles who would like to QUIT smoking.

Quit Your Way Hebrides offers you confidential appointments with one of our trained Smoking Cessation Advisors. Support can be intensive over the first few weeks to build confidence in your quit. Appointments can be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
