Arran Cancer Support Trust (ArCaS)

We are a long-established charity supporting Arran Cancer Patients.

We provide free transport to the ferry in Brodick and from Ardrossan/Troon to Hospital in Kilmarnock, Ayr or Glasgow.

We can also contribute towards emergency accommodation costs, where patients may be experiencing travel difficulty with ferries.

General Cancer Support

In May 2024, we opened a Hub near the ferry terminal where people with cancer concerns can come and sit, chat or read. This is open on Mondays and Wednesdays between 10am and 3pm and when events are held.
