Menself+ Local History Group

MENSELF + have been operating in the field of men and family’s health and wellbeing since our inception in 2015. All of our activities focus on improving the quality of people’s lives by challenging isolation, loneliness, cost of living related issues as well as the associated physical and mental health concerns.

Menself+ run a Local History Group at Helenvale Community Hall. Group is free and open to men and women aged 16+.
