What we do: Support people with PMLD, their families and carers, to lead healthy, included and included lives by providing emotional and practical support to individuals, and assisting local and community services to develop accessible and inclusive opportunities to families in the area. We aim to provide support in strength based ways which are responsive and adaptive to every person we support.
