Coaching by Lizzy

Coaching by Lizzy is led by Lizzy Archibald, a Private Consultant Occupational Therapist with over 24 years of experience in the NHS. Lizzy has worked extensively within CAMHS, adult mental health, and neurodevelopmental teams. Drawing on her clinical expertise, she provides neuro-affirming assessments for Autism and ADHD (for individuals aged 14 and above).  Appointments are primarily conducted online, with face-to-face sessions available upon request. Each assessment is carried out to a high clinical standard, in line with established clinical guidelines. The process includes a multidisciplinary diagnostic discussion and a comprehensive assessment report. Individuals also receive pre- and post-diagnostic information, along with tailored recommendations.
