Self-management

Self-management tools help individuals and their carers to cope with the physical and mental challenges of living with a Long Term Condition, either diagnosed or undiagnosed.

Self-management can be used by everyone and is particularly helpful during periods of stress. Zoom sessions include: Tuesdays 10.30am - 12pm. advanced self-management, Thursdays 2.30pm- 3.30pm basic self-management.
