WithYou provide free and confidential support, without judgement, to adults facing challenges with drugs and alcohol. If you have questions, need advice, or just want to talk, we’re WithYou.

We offer one-to-one drug and alcohol support at our service, online and in the community. This involves meeting one of our recovery workers regularly to discuss what's happening in your life.

Our support groups are a place for people who are experiencing challenges with drug and alcohol to come together and help each other. All our groups are free and confidential, and sessions are run by WithYou staff.

As a family member or friend of someone using drugs and alcohol, you may not know where to turn. We offer specific support for people who are affected by a loved one’s alcohol or drug use.

Although our base is in Kilmarnock, we work right across East Ayrshire. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you need support - we will travel to meet in a place that is convenient for you.
