Making a midwife appointment
As soon as you know you are pregnant, make an appointment with a midwife. In some places you can book your appointment online or via a central booking number.
Seeing a midwife as early as possible gives you the chance to discuss your health and the health of your developing baby and ask any questions you may have about your pregnancy.
Your midwife team will be able to provide support and assistance throughout your pregnancy and you’ll get a copy of our printed Ready Steady Baby! guide at your first appointment.
